Dao Yin Tao
This is an extremely soothing therapy. Dao Yin Tao is a specific massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp and face incorporating acupressure points appropriate to each individual treatment. The treatment may be enhanced with the use of essential oils and may be combined with any of the other therapies. It works particularly well with Reiki.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a very relaxing yet energizing massage of the head an upper body. It has been used successfully to treat both physical and psychological problems.

Massage
The manipulation of soft body tissue, a luxurious massage had many benefits. These may include pain and stress relief and the inducement of relaxation. It can be carried out on individual parts of the body separately or over the whole body as a full body treatment.

Reflexology
Reflexology originates from the same Chinese source as acupuncture. It is a unique system of foot massage, which enables the therapist to threat the whole body. By massaging specific points on the foot, the therapist is able to help the body relax and re-balance its energy flow.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy therapy. It will deal with any blockage or imbalance in your energy system, going to wherever it is needed in the body. It is an exceedingly calming therapy, useful in the treatment of many physical and psychological conditions. You remain clothed throughout, removing only your shoes.

Whilst no therapy is diagnostic, nor should it be regarded as problem specific, treatments may induce a feeling of deep relaxation and wellbeing. Therapies have been shown to relieve many stress related disorders such as migraine, tinnitus, insomnia and some forms of asthma that are aggravated by anxiety. Some of the physical symptoms of depression, for example backache and intestinal problems have been alleviated with regular treatments.

During your consultation you will be given the opportunity to discuss your needs with a fully trained and qualified therapist. Together you will decide on the best therapy for you. Any concerns you have regarding treatment can be communicated and resolved at that time.
