We offer luxury accommodation
serving high quality, locally sourced and organic food
and beverages wherever possible. The company has a principle
of avoiding any cleaning items or toiletries that contain
animal products or that have been tested on animals.
It maintains Health and Safety,
Recycling and Cancellation
policies.
The company operates a full NO SMOKING policy. Smoking
is not allowed at any time, anywhere on the premises. An extra charge of £50 will be made for cleaning any rooms in which guests have smoked.
Children under the age of eighteen are not accepted
at this establishment. There are no exceptions to this
rule.
Pets are not accepted with the exception of guide or
hearing dogs.
A 25%, per person, deposit is required before a booking
may be confirmed. This is only refundable in exceptional
circumstances. Most methods of payment are accepted.
Payment with cheque, debit or credit card is by prior
arrangement. If paying by credit card a fee of 2% will
be allocated. Payment must be made in full prior to
departure. Corporate accounts are the only exception.
For those clients wishing to use our therapy
services, the following will apply:
A pre-treatment consultation
is required for all new clients and a patch test may also
be necessary. This must be carried out at least twenty
four hours before undertaking any treatment involving
the application of bespoke essential oils. Failure to
disclose any information, which may have a bearing on
your treatment, could lead to an adverse reaction to treatment
for which the company will not be held responsible.
Some of the treatments offered require the removal of
clothing. You may also be asked to wash or shower before
treatment. Unless this is the case, you will not be asked
to remove your lower underwear. Your comfort and privacy
will be of paramount importance throughout. Should
you have any complaint, please bring it to the attention
of the management immediately. It will be given our
prompt and full attention.
The company reserves the right to discontinue or refuse
treatment or accommodation at any time.
